Levira’s Media Services Division has a new member, Raul Aav, who is responsible for launching and developing new projects and for technical support for media services. He has long experience from a number of large international media groups.
“I am very pleased that Raul agreed to join our team,” comments Indrek Lepp, Division Director of Levira’s Media Services. “His extensive experience in the media field will contribute to the rapid development of Levira’s Play-out Centre. We have several plans on the table, which Raul will give a go.”
For around the past 15 years, Raul Aav worked for the SDI Media Group, his last position being Director of Information Technology in Europe. He has participated in the development and support of many non-linear services, various system integration projects with known broadcast clients, and in setting up the MTG (Viasat) Play-out Centre in Riga, Latvia.
Raul Aav has graduated from the Tallinn University of Technology and has received technical and management training at different domestic and foreign partners, such as Signiant, 120VC Holdings, IT Koolitus and Strathclyde Police.
